Jonathan Penaloza is rude and arrogant. Deplorable customer service. Sub par store. I went to the store 3 times and no one could retrieve my number for a new spectrum phone service for my Dad. Jonathan Penaloza lied to him all three times including promised to switch the number over while “he was at home” and not have to come back to the store. Liar. I should have known from the beginning that he swindled my dad into this “deal.” He was completely uninterested in resolving anything and told us “we all have problems not just you” after we were both completely cordial with him.According to Jonathan p No manager is available until Monday, I have wasted a week, unbelievable and useless. No apologies and no sense of urgency at all. If Jonathan Penaloza was my employee I’d have him fired on the spot. His lack of concern alone leaves a lot to say about spectrum.

Poor services , there's only two persons working there and the machine to pay the bills is always broken. They don't seem to fix it as months go by. They should put more personal, also there's a line where your support to sign on and it's completely full They have a sheet to sign on also and the service is just horrible. Need more workers or at lease have a separate line for making payments only

They told me that you check in when you enter and wait your turn. Don't recall if they could schedule you an appointment. Both times I went, they saw me pretty quickly.

Sign in to your account first to check if you need to make an appointment first or just walk in. Eventually, they will replace it for you

Check the back, bottom, & sides of the modem its a white sticker with a ton of numbers on it
A lot of factors go in to give an accurate quote. I recently got a quote for 4 tvs w/ dvr service on each, 200+ Channel Cable with 100 speed internet included... under $160 per month!!
Buy yourself a GOOD modem.. don't rely upon the cable company's hardware!!
