The guys helped with just what I needed on my new Samsung phone...Verizon no longer offers any services except sales and over the phone support which is not helpful when your phone isn't working. They could use a few chairs in there for people who are waiting but both guys I interacted with were professional and helpful.

These guys are very professional. I felt their customer service skills were exceptional. I see other reviews here saying that it's a long wait time. It's true. I had an appointment and still had to wait for other customers. Didn't fix that day but I came back on another day and yeah it was very busy... again. The owner wrote here in the description that they fix things in about an hour. That's not true. Takes a few hours, but they'll have it done the same day if you drop off in the morning. Don't go in the afternoon, because they will be fully booked. The price for repairing my Google Pixel 6 Pro was $307.99 out the door. The only reason I dropped a star is because after the repair, the black phone bezel now has a little bit of a silver edge. It appears the paint came off slightly around the edges when the tech was taking the screen off. I can't see it with a case on so it doesn't really bother me, but when I have the case off, I don't really like the way that looks. Anyway, I would still recommend this place for service and would come back again if I ever need repairs. Very happy they fixed my phone the same day!

The sales rep will push you to sign up for Asurion home+, but it is a total and complete scam. I fell for it and waited 2 months to submit the claim for my laptop repair and my claim was rejected for complete bogus reasons. Asurion dragged me along during the claim process (which took more than 1 month) in order to collect additional subscription money from me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THE SALES REP SAYS. Do yourself a favor and find another repair shop that will do the work right then and there. I'd recommend hi tech pc manufacture and service repair at 7421 e Florence Ave in downey.

So happy they could fix my phone! My Samsung took a bunch of hard falls and the screen started glitching out until the whole half of the screen was all white. 🤦🏽‍♀️ The top half of the screen started getting darker and harder to see so I brought it in to this shop and picked it up later the same day! The staff is really friendly and Im just really glad my phone is like New again! I didn't want to upgrade my phone since I dont like the newer samsungs 😭 In the pics is the old phone glass. Thanks for fixing my phone guys! 🙌🏽
