We like to do our job fast but accurately, some calls may take longer than others and we apologize. We want to treat each and every customer equally with the same customer service. Is there anything we can help you out with? The hours at the call center are Monday-Friday 7:30 am -10:00 pm EST and Saturday from 8 am - 5:00 pm.
