Office staff have been generally pleasant, however this practice does not let sick patients into the office. They required me to be seen virtually for a sinus infection, and after a week of worsening symptoms, I ended up at urgent care, where I was told the antibiotics prescribed by Avance were not the correct course of action for such a severe infection. I’m waiting on an call back from Avance to request my copay not be billed to me since I’ve now paid for an urgent care visit, along with paying for prescriptions that did nothing for me. I’ll be finding a new doctor that will see patients with non-Covid illnesses in person.

It states they are Now Offering Sofia 2 Rapid COVID-19 Testing. You must call first though.
They are open seven days a week with appointments available most days. Their actual operating hours are available on their website as well as through a pre-recorded message when you call them.
