If you just moved in from out of town and lost your social security card, can you get a new one from a social security place in your area or do you have to go back to where you are from to get a new one?

You don't get full SS at 65 you have to wait until 68 I think. It might be longer but they changed getting the full amount at 65 a long long time ago and they keep changing it.
