If you remarried after the age of 60 you can apply IF the first husband is deceased. If he is not, then you cannot claim any benefits off of the first spouse. In that situation you could only claim off of your current husband if he's currently receiving his own benefits and his amount is at least double what yours is. Hope this helps!

My guess would be no. I urge you to talk with them at the SS office or even an attorney.
