Why do it take so long to answer the phone

I know it can become very frustrating while you're sitting on the phone waiting for someone to answer but the best thing that I can say is the next time you call Try to keep in mind what if you were that customer that was being waited on and the phone kept ringing would it bother you if they stop waiting on you to go answer the phone? I mean sometimes you gotta put ourselves in other people shoes but I do sympathize and understand that it can be frustrating at times but like I said we gotta put ourselves in other people's shoes sometimes and sometimes they can be waiting on someone

The employees seem to be stretched pretty thin. If you have a question about a product or return policy you can find most info on their web site.

My guess is that they are busy. I might ask next time I was in the store. Even better,I might choose to call them at a time when I wasn't in a hurry. Walmart also has online ordering.

The questions people ask are mind boggling. There are many reasons and the Walmart corporation isn't going to answer this
