Good luck trying to get them out to fix anything after the fact; called numerous times but keep getting a run around

ETA: The business is inaccurately stating my complaint as well as the details around it. Had the problem been taken care of soon after my original complaint when I could actually get ahold of someone to talk to at the company instead of putting me off, ignoring my emails, and not answering the phone because the mailbox was full there would be no issue. And since obviously the only way to get ANY response is through reviews and other means that is the route I was forced to take. BUT it still didn't fix the problem. The problem probably won't get fixed by them. I will call someone more responsive to fix it. Well, I thought it would be ok but it has not been - it leaks right at my back door and down the side wall. He tried to tell me it was ice build up. When its cold outside I have to knock the icicles before I can open the door, and This is June and I have no ice or snow.the pics were taken in June, I have been trying for at least a year and a half to get him to fix this and he just gives me a story how he has no workers COVID is causing problems etc. I have tried to be patient with this but I have emailed him (Scott) twice in the last two weeks asking him to fix this and he doesn't respond in anyway shape or form. I paid full amount at once its not like I owe him money. I will never recommend.

Got off to a slow start due to weather, but got the job done in the time promised. The installers were very friendly and explained to me what they were doing. Scott provided excellent communication and was easy to reach. I highly recommend Niagara Awning! Thanks guys!

Even though the communication with the company wasn't that great. once we were finally able to schedule the installation, the rest was smooth sailing. The workers came by late Thursday to drop off their supplies & start a little bit of work. They came back Friday morning around 9am & was the job was completed by 2:40pm. They cleaned up our yard & was gone by 3pm. They did excellent work & we absolutely LOVE our new Skylite Patio Cover! I would highly recommend this company!
