The Niagara Falls nursing home is the worst place I have ever seen. They abuse the residents mentally and physically. My friend is a resident and they have been refusing to do anything for her and now decided to starve her to death and no feeding tube. They tell us the families wishes to starve her unfortunately there are consequences to treating residents like this.

Wow this place needs to be condemned!! Sure the first floor is shiny and pretty and smells nice, but go up to the 3rd floor! The aids have 15 patients and up, mostly hoyer patients. No linens not one patient had chucks. Trash and dirty linens are piled up in the shower rooms. God knows the last time a patient got a shower because their hair is all greasy and smelly, why? Because no one has enough time to give showers, why? Because the administrators only care about how much money goes in their pockets. Don’t leave your family member here!

If I could give a negative stars it would absolutely be a -5. Their nurses are lazy and could care less whether their non certified aids know their job and assist in no way. No care plan, No bedrails to self assist, place is filthy, clean linen and bed pads are hard to find and God forbid you want to wash your hands! No soap or hand disinfectant, but dont worry they make you take a covid test--most days! If you need maintenance for your room, "He'll be back" only to not come back! And I wouldn't eat the food if it meant starving to death! The place isn't fit to be a kennel much less a facility for humans!

My mom was just recently in this rehab for about 2 weeks and recently passed away while there. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all I understand this are very limited due to income reasons, but this place is filthy they only keep the first floor cleaned so that the owners don’t see the other floors. Very under staffed and this is most likely because of the free money that was handed out in 2021.
