The only commercial airline with regular service in and out of Niagara Falls, NY (IAG) is Allegiant. Spirit offers seasonal service as well, but according to their website they are not currently offering flights. IAG mostly serves private and cargo aircraft, as well as military flights for the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

I have worked at IAG for 4 years and have never seen a shuttle from a nearby hotel. As far as I know, it's taxi or uber/lyft.

There is parking right at the airport facility. If the various lots are full, there is a large fenced parking lot about 1/2 mile down the road, with shuttle service in both directions included in the parking fees.

I've never seen the long term parking full. This is the large fenced in lot down the road from the airport, and regular shuttles bring you back and forth. I would call the airport and ask.

They have a small lunch room type area inside the secured area. You can buy sandwiches and snacks. They are on the pricey side. You can also have a beer.
