I don’t normally post reviews but Servpro of North Niagara County , were fantastic when our basement flooded 2 weeks ago. General Manager Chris Christodoulides, was prompt and took control explaining what we needed to do and what was going to happen. The basement dried after two days, when two workers ripped out and discarded the carpeting. Everyone was very nice and professional we didn’t mind them in our home and were actually grateful for them . We highly recommend Servpro , but hope you never need this service

I called at 2:45 am, as the website said they were open 24hrs. The man who answered was very unprofessional and complained to me that “he would like to go back to bed”. The reason I was calling this late is because my daughter is 13 months old and I found a significant amount of mold in my house and am extremely concerned about it. I wouldn’t have called at that hour had I known I’d be waking someone up. Very disappointed.

This Servpro location treats you like family. I spoke with their marketing representative Reanna Richner about getting all of my air ducts cleaned before turning my furnace on for the cold season. Reanna helped me understand why it was important to get my ducts cleaned routinely, especially because I have pets. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get a detailed quote. I was so surprised and pleased with the fantastic price I was quoted I booked right away to get every duct and vent cleaned in my home. The crew of guys that showed up were on time, respectful of my home and dog, were very pleasant to speak with, and not only did a wonderful job, but made sure they didn’t leave any mess while working! It’s a dirty job so I really respect their professionalism. They included a cleaning solution for my ducts that kills germs, microbes, and even leaves a fresh citrus smell that is not overpowering! I would recommend Servpro to anyone, but especially this location of Eastern Niagara County because they treated me like family from start to finish. Great service, great price, great experience.
