Good luck with that. If you do not have a subscription, the reps will not speak with you or help you. They may send you a link to an article on the website and that's it. There is also a recent firmware for the NC1000 that is only available if you speak to a rep. The updated version is 02.05.02.03 Your printer will say that you have the most updated version even when you perform the update but chances are you don't. They have really rubbed me the wrong way. It took me forever to get my printer working with Mojave and Windows (I have both PC and MAC) The Neat company would give me the new firmware or help me unless I got a subscription. It truly is sad.
