Bad service!!! Do NOT BUY, you can only get help if you subscribe (which is EXPENSIVE). If you have the trial subscription they can't help you really. The scanner scans dark and won't work even with all the fixes. The "help" you do get is very circular, very frustrating experience.

Neat is easy-to-use and the software is intuitive enough to consolidate all of your accounts for tax purposes. Small to mid sized business will benefit for having access to all transactions and tech support (Liza) is amazing!

I have been a neat desk user for 10+ years. It a valuable asset as it stores all my receipts, documents, and I can upload to invoice details to Quicken to easily reconcile my credit card account! I love it!

Good luck with that. If you do not have a subscription, the reps will not speak with you or help you. They may send you a link to an article on the website and that's it. There is also a recent firmware for the NC1000 that is only available if you speak to a rep. The updated version is 02.05.02.03 Your printer will say that you have the most updated version even when you perform the update but chances are you don't. They have really rubbed me the wrong way. It took me forever to get my printer working with Mojave and Windows (I have both PC and MAC) The Neat company would give me the new firmware or help me unless I got a subscription. It truly is sad.
While you may see it as a wise and timely business decision to leave customers who have purchased, what is now referred to as legacy software, without the ability to reactivate it should it be necessary, for whatever reason, I see it as unethical. As a part of your new vision statement, you acknowledge that link has been disabled. More specific for me, I have 2 legitimately purchased copies of v5, one of which was activated a few years ago, the other which was to be installed on a second machine but I never did, until recently. It wouldn't activate, and that's how I learned of your new direction. I understand there will come a time in which my hardware and this software will become incompatible. But until that time, I feel that my inability to use the software should not be based on your decision not to let me reactivate if necessary. In essence, you are trying to force me to change in the direction in which you are going. In time that may happen, but now is not that time.
Not necessarily true. They are slow to make changes, and I'm talking about changes that should have been done before the product was even released.
I had the same problem and i had to buy a new one from different company. Fron The minute you buy a neat product you have no one to talk to. I dont know why and how they are still in business
They offer horrible document scanning software with bad customer service that costs a lot of money monthly.
It's worse than terrible, it's non-existent!

Michael, your Premium subscription includes importing files types like PDF, JPG, TIF, PNG, and BMP. If you are having issues with importing one of types of files then you may be experiencing a technical issue. Please check your email for a communication from our Customer Care center who can assist you.
