I went into grey Chevrolet and before i got thare 4 days before they called me and they told me 100 percent approved i went in thare it was nothing but lies after another

Andy, if I may call you that? I was told the same thing you were. My wife & I drove 100 mile only to be lied right to my face about the whole approval thing. As far as I'm concerned they can rott in HELL

I went to Gray's before I brought my 2015 Altima....salesman played to many games...I wanted low milage he said he had an Altima 2015 with low mileage under 30,000...he brings car out and it has 70,000+ miles and he wanted $15,000+ for it .....I was also told he could get me approved he didnt....Gray's wanted $3000. Down... I eventually went to another dealer got car I wanted for $13,000 with 26,000+ and 4 years remaining on warranty... 2015 Nissan Altima, push button start, Bluetooth, no accidents

There are more negatives than positives about Gray Chevrolet,stay away.

They told me that 90 percent of the people that walk in thare walk out with a car with no money down i wanted to trade in my car and other people were i live offered me 2500 the sales guy at gray Chevrolet told me he can only give me 500 dollars

I've bought 3 vehicles from Gray chevrolet over the years.I've never had a problem with the sales people,and the service is top notch.

The first time I went to grey a salesman named Edie gave me the run around told me he can get me approved walked out of there with nothing but messed up credit to remind you I told him if he wasn’t sure if I can be approved don’t send my name to banks he ended up sending my info to 10 different banks so I went there raising heck and a salesman named Bobby was very nice and patient and I walked out of there with a brand new car with only 6 miles on it I had it for a couple years with no issues so I only deal with him now through grey the other salesman didn’t do nothing for me

Did they tell you a head of time you was pre aprooved ?

Got another letter to upgrade our sonic. Instead got another run around stating we owe more than the car is worth, they sold the car we have now. Just goes to show the have the highest prices around. Won't be back to see these scam artists again . Especially when they say they can work with any credit score over 450.
