They answer right away. They are income limited tho so if u make to much they wont let u in so inquire about that. Also if your coming from outta town do ur application first. I hav a broken lease and havent found anyone to take us w it on my credit. Must hav at least 3 month on a job or its a no with them. Their picky but there nice in a good area. There are some directly across that are very nice to for regular income some furnished
