I am making this review because of Deborah. These apartments have been through many different ownerships and employees since I have been here, none of them quite like Deborah. I am unsure if she hates her life or her job, but it shines through in any and every conversation had with her. She has horrible communication skills and shouldn’t have the job she has if she doesn’t like people. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single neighbor tenant I have talked to feels the same way about her flat-out UNPROVOKED rudeness. She will forget what she herself says one day, and take it out on you when she forgets the next day. I am staying anonymous to prevent her retaliating and being even ruder to me, but I do currently live here. This apartment complex is also horrible at service repairs and has openly admitted to not going in order of requests, but rather in order of which tenant calls and complains more. (if you can get ahold of anyone as the office is more often than not empty during business hours.) One of the 2 maintenance men spends a lot of his time cleaning out dumpsters which could be a factor. but I guess that is besides the point. Irma is able to handle talking with tenants just fine, Deborah does not. Deborah please get a different job and stop taking out your unhappiness on everyone else. You will be happier and so will we.

I have a few different family members that have apartments here. I enjoy visiting them because of how unusually quiet it is for not only the part of town but how large the complex is. Plenty of grass and beautiful trees and shade throughout. Most of the neighbors are polite and very kind.I’ve had limited experience with management and it’s been unpleasant. I’ve heard from many tenants there that it is the same for them as well. She is rude for no reason, acts inconvenienced and is condescending. My mother has been wanting to teach my daughter to swim but the pool has been closed for the majority of the summer without signs informing cause or Approx length of time. Finally it was open as so we thought considering the gate was unlocked using pool key and no closed signs anywhere. My mother was running late so my wife, daughter and I went down ahead of her. I went back to help my mother when she was ready and before we could return the manager came out being rude to my wife in front of my daughter insinuating they broke in claiming the gate was locked which I know for 2 days it hasn’t been at least. Also that there were signs up but still acting like they took them down. Didn’t give any reason for it being closed but claimed it had been for 2 weeks. Rushed them out saying they just needed to get their things and go as they are collecting their items. My wife lets my daughter know to hurry because she (manager) is waiting on them. The manager then rudely comments something about yes I am waiting on you like she was impatient. To the owner, I’ve noticed you actually read these.reviews. There are plenty of people that will put respect for the tenants and their guest as priority. This nice place will end up like other large complexes as decent tenants won’t continue to live here and will only have the lower quality of tenants willing to. Thank you!
