Depends on the season and how dry the grounds are and the campground.
Also adding to what Kurt said about the season and how dry the grounds are, the ultimate decision is made by the Ranger and Camp Host. It is noted though that most campsites do have fire rings and some even have grills attached. The host will sell firewood, if the season is permitted to allow fires. The camp does not allow you to bring your own firewood in, due to the possibility of bringing in invasive bugs.
