WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS SHOUTING?! Using all capital letters online is considered shouting and is not appreciated amongst civilized individuals. Maybe your background check showed that you are a shouter and that's why your gun was not approved.
They will most likely hold it and charge a storage fee. If it goes unclaimed for a period of time then they will probably put it back on sale and you loose your money. Unless it is previously agreed a set date for you to pick it up...also military get a little more wiggle room as they might be traveling or in training before they can pick the weapon up
