Have been a frequent customer of EO Guns the last few months and have had positive experiences there up until today. Had referred a friend and was meeting him there. He was in the midst of purchasing a $1,300 gun that I had told him about when I simply tried to clarify a question for him and was told to stay out of the conversation in no uncertain terms. First off the question posed was not asked in a manner that was correct or he understood and he kind of looked my direction for a possible explanation.. I don't know if the lady (who had helped me multiple times in the past and was mostly pleasant) was having a bad day or what the problem was, but the manner in which I was talked to and treated after simply trying to help with the question was beyond rude and her attitude beyond arrogant...they have for sure lost one good customer for life and it wouldn't surprise me if others there at the same time never came back. It was a situation that in those close quarters was uncomfortable for sure. Instead of making the situation more so l simply said my peace and walked out...They promote themselves as having the "best deals on any gun & service in town". They have adequate pricing but, that in no way comes close to being enough to making up for the rude behavior l experienced today...

EO Guns is the best gun store in Bakersfield and maybe the whole San Joaquin Valley. Always friendly and helpful, as well as the best prices. Very refreshing to do business with an honest dealer that just wants to help you get what you need at the best prices available.
