Currently, the Health Department is only providing booster doses to patients of its health clinics. If you don't have a healthcare provider, we are happy to welcome you as a patient of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center. To learn more, call our Patient Access Center at (847) 377-8800. Boosters are readily available to those who are eligible at many healthcare providers and pharmacies throughout Lake County.
