I still don't understand how such a DISAPPOINTED clinic continues to operate! They send you to call for an appointment and you have to wait up to an hour! You go to the clinic and they don't let you in because of "elcovid" and the clinic is always empty! Those women doing nothing and can't answer a call! Mediocre! It is what they are! In short, the clinic does not provide all the necessary services! It is only for referrals. The worst clinic in the universe!

This was my worst Healthcare workers experience. I called complaining of slightly elevated temperature that only happens a couple of days into my period and then they demand that I take a covid test even though I don't have cough or shortness of breath or a fever. I called worried that I had early menopause or worst cancer and they are forcing me to take a covid test. They canceled all my important doctor visits that I really needed to go to.They barely listened and was incredibly snappy throughout the process and even worse right before the team lead hung up the phone on me she called me an n word. This was the worst experience of my life!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! They always treat black patients with as much contempt as they can!!! Nice job paying people to say nice things about this garbage place!!!
