My mom is 72yrs old with dementia she's had three doctors which is why I no longer take her. But her last Doctor was terrible! She put words in my mouth twisted our conversation and notated her medical history so no Nursing Facility in town won't take her. Who on earth would do that to a Helpless 72 year old women with dementia. I'll tell you who, Oak Street Health that's who. I wouldn't recommend anyone here.

It doesn't deserve any stars. They screwed up three appointments in the pass. I arrived 10 mins. early to draw blood. And they had me wait for a very long time. So, I walked out.
