I like the apartments there newly remodeled with new appliances stove & refrigerator. Leasing manager of wispering oaks apartments Erin is very nice and the office staff Gloria & Ann are very nice. The property is kept very well manicured the grass cut and the buildings are kept clean, the hallways are very clean and nice looking. Very safe place good security they maintain safety for all the residents here at wispering oaks. A great place to live .

When I first moved here I had no issues or anything and everything was going fine, but as i settle into my 2nd month, im starting to see how they reallly treat the Tenants, Im seeing a lot of Favortism & Im starting to see how they let others do what they want in the complex and then try to Address you about a situation thats not even true. - UPDATED REVIEW

Yes they do. Also the person you are trying to visit has to meet you at the gate to let you in. If you are driving in you need the insurance for your car

You don't want to move here. There is no freedom there. No phones, lots of drugs and gang activity.
No I will not live there or have anyone else there is so much roches you cant put a window air conditioner in the unit you cant put a hose for a portable air conditioner they will not refund your security deposit back inhabitable living
They have a long waiting list for 3 beds but to the best of my understanding, they have alot of open 2 beds. The recived my application on a Wednesday, called me Thursday to set an appointment for monday and I got my keys yesterday. So literally like a week
