Looks like they deleted my last review. Bottom line is: this plays is very nasty. There’s mold everywhere, the elevator never works, older white “neighbors” will harass you and the office will do nothing. They will shut the water off at random times. Pictured below one night they decided to work on the the stairs and leave them halfway done. Their prices continue to rise however, the property is barely livable. Move somewhere else if you can!

I've been living at Kings Court for a year now. This is my first apartment I've been staying at on my own and it's a good start. The units are nice and roomy. The laundry rooms are convenient and saves me trips to the laundromat. There are many places within walking distance such as Walgreen's and a Thornton's. Having a bus stop nearby is also very helpful for those who don't own a car. The park close by is also very nice. The people at the leasing office are also courteous and understanding. Overall my stay here has been pleasant so far. The only issues I've had are the crammed driveway on the side of the 2801 building (paralell parking can be difficult for guests), as well as having to watch out for a package thief who most likely isn't here anymore anyway
