No, she will have to go to a DMV office for anything ID related. Be sure to make an appointment! It makes the whole process much faster..

Only vehicles transactions are done at AAA locations. Driver's license and ID card are still only done at DMV main sites. If a person current holds a driver's license or ID card. Check DMV web site, for ID card replacement. They might just use her most current photo on file.
