To get into detox, absolutely you needdrugs in your system. As far as the 30 day rehab, I'm not a hundred percent sure but I've called that place a million times to leave a message for a girl I met while I was there and there if it's not the weekend though they answer the phone all the time and will answer all your questions also if you need mental help with a also have that a lot of different kinds of help facilities their summer dual diagnosis some are mental proud so it all depends what kind of help you're looking for you obviously if you want to get into detox you need drugs in your system because if you don't have drugs in your system you don't need detox as far as the rehab goes I would think that it's probably not a necessity but you know it all depends on your insurance company you'd have to call them. Now if you need mental help or dual diagnosis help you don't need drugs in your system to get help
