Yes, it varies and it's based on some kinda sliding scale thing around your INCOME & # of OCCUPANTS. U hv to qualify, for starters. And just an FYI, if ur looking for a 2 bdrm, u can pretty much just keep it pushin cuz when I moved out in November 2017, they had a waiting list of over 65 ppl/groups and said they were cutting off the list and not taking any more names due to that being a MINIMUM of 6 months at best to wait for a 2 bdrm. It's a nice place and if u ARE low-income/section 8 or just qualify by their means, it's a nice setup. The Apts are well laid out and nicely done (unfurnished) w/a patio/deck in every unit, I believe. The dumbass girls who run the leasing office are as stupid as a box of HAMMERS though so be prepared to be patient when u go in there. Best of luck!!
