Keep trying different departments and someone will answer eventually. Then ask to speak to store manager.

The phone calls are routed to the fitting room department. There is not someone there all the time. It's frustrating.
They do answer. If it's taking awhile, it's because it's busy in the store and they are dealing with customers in the store or callers that were ahead of you. They don't drop everything and take YOUR call, they help whoever is there first
They try their best
I feel that you should go there personally and speak to the store manager. That store location has come a long way and the people that work there for the most part are very helpful and pleasant. It is frustrating when you try to call and no one answers. I'm quite sure that the phone calls will be answered once you talk to the manager.
Easiest way I have found is to call the Pharmacy, someone is always there, except for lunch sometimes, and they can get you to whatever department you need. Hope my answer helps!
