If you threw out the packaging for a gaming chair and it doesn't work and you want to return will they still accept it?

Usually they won't let you return it. Try talking to a manager explain your situation and see what they say. But there policy I believe is reciept in or to return an item

They going to ask for the box it came in for the serial numbers but talk to a manager if you paid with a bank card they can get the numbers from off it with your transaction

If you have your receipt, they should let you exchange it. Also if you pd with a credit card they can look it up for you, if you can't find your receipt.

I believe if you have the receipt they will exchange it.
