I actually went inside the store to pick up an online order, and had to wait while 2 employees finished their conversation. I was the only person in line. Maybe if they paid a bit more, they'd be able to attract better employees.
Good luck even getting what you ordered. They told me an order was in and couldn't find it after charging my card. Then they couldn't credit the account because it hadn't been 48 hrs Don't order from Lowes. It's a nightmare.
No one ever answers. You have to go in to talk to someone
