I made an appointment last week to have my husband’s hair cut. He’s been taking care of his Mom (out of state) the past few months and after her passing he desperately needed a cut. I looked at a few reviews and they were pretty decent. They ended up butchering his hair! It looks like they put a bowl on his head and just cut in different layers. Totally unacceptable!!! Will not be returning to this establishment

The service was great. Fast, great listener, delivered the hair cut I wanted. Perfection. However, Didn't care for the product used on my hair.

This would have been my first time there. I showed up on time for the appt I scheduled online. Upon walking in, there was someone who was on their first day working at the salon who let me know that they didn't know how to use the computer but that there are three people scheduled for that time and the stylist wasn't there. The stylist arrived 20 minutes late, called one of the other women back, never acknowledged me or that there were double bookings. At half hour past my appt time, she was just starting the other customer. I cancelled and left. No one ever apologized for the mix-up. It wasn't a good experience. I know everyone has off days and I hope that it's normally better but I won't try it again.

This place doesn't cut costs at all. Instead they charge more than $10 extra if your hair is to your shoulders even if you just want a trim. And another $10 over that if your hair is curly. I'm sorry, are you that unskilled that curly hair should be that much more of an issue?? There are no other salons so blatantly nickel and diming patrons for how their hair happens to naturally grow. I called several other salons and this is the only place doing this that I found. Only come here if your hair is short and straight, then it's probably a good deal.
