Very quiet campground that primarily caters to seasonal guests. The amenities look new and are in great condition; however, the pool and the mini-golf course close too early (7:00 pm?), especially if you're only visiting overnight! The entrance to the property is rather weird, because you first drive through a gated manufactured home community, then you enter the gated RV campground at the rear.

We loved it there everyone was so nice and sat night golfcart parade was so cool we loved it so much we are going back next weekend beautiful place to end the camping season!

Great NEW campground on Rehoboth bay. Can’t wait to come back!! Memorial Day Weekend family bbq provided by the staff!!! DJ, hot dogs, campfire!!

Most travel models don't have washer and dryer setups in them. So if you are lucky enough to have these accommodations, you have the "park" model. I hope this was helpful
I just know that the Lighthouse Deli is the most awesome place for cheesesteaks and sub sandwiches
