My clothing was brought in due to my a Washing machine breaking over Christmas, it was paid for at drop off as it was left for the wash and fold service. I never received all of my clothing back upon pick up. All expensive items of clothing were stolen, and all of my work uniforms. When I called the owner to report the problem(John Rash) laughed at me and was vastly inappropriate and I was called foul language by the staff. Johns's wife was also vastly inappropriate. Unfortunately, this will become a police Matter due to the monetary value of the items being worth thousands of dollars due as there were many high-end designer pieces. I never received one apology from either of John or his wife. Do not use this service unless you want to deal with the unfortunate aftermath.
