Put batteries in our cart only a few months ago and we paid for the top of the line Trojan batteries that they recommended. Our cart stopped running. Lifted the seat to see a hole burned in the top of one of the batteries. Called to have them check it out and they refused and said it’s my fault it happened because of loose connection. The connections all seemed secure and they’re the ones who installed them so how’s that my fault? Because it was my fault they also wouldn’t honor the battery warranty. Have someone else come and look at it for us and they tell us our “new batteries” are several years old. Edited to reply to the owner: The service was done under my husbands name, which I don’t need to provide you with as we won’t be using your businesses or services again. If you’re accusing me of falsifying this information I’m happy to provide any customers who are considering using your business with the proof of work you did as I still have the invoice.

We were in a real jam when our cart got wrecked. These folks did not a nee si we thought we were out of luck. Got a call back 10 minutes later and they found the same part like new in the back at a like new price. It was a win win. Thanks Indian River. Great service. When I am ready to trade in, I will come to you :)

Drove by on the way to buy a golf cart from a private seller. Came back and spent a little more and got a great cart. And they addressed the little concerns I had immediately. I would give it a 10 if I could.
