The employees at this Post Office work really hard to make sure everything is processed the day you drop it off. I am a bulk mail customer annd go to the loading dock 3 days a week. The staff showed me where to put my packages, and always have a kind word! I'm glad the USPS still exists - it is the best deal around for small packages.

Someone really needs to do something about this post office. Maybe hire new people. The employees here are very very rude and unprofessional! My elderly mother went to this post office to send a donation package to family that are stuck at a shelter due to the hurricane. My mother was yelled at and treated disrespectfully. They made her feel so bad, it breaks my heart. Save yourself the time and trouble, go to a different office!

Do not go to this location for anything! The staff will try to nickle & dime you. I had to send my wedding invites out and a staff member tried to charge me an extra 15 cents for each envelope because they were not "completely bendable." I thought she was joking at first but she wasn't. I took my envelopes and left. Went to the Lincoln location and they said they were fine! I sent out 75 envelopes and not a single one of those was returned. Also, they will try to charge you for a label when other locations do not. Don't waste your time here. The Lincoln location is MUCH better!

They use to you probably have to go in to your local post office and ask to speak to the postmaster about it

Could be u don't have a regular on your route and it gets split up and given to people on the overtime list and they generally do their route first as to why mail is not being picked up not sure it should be picked up do u raise your flag on box to notify carrier of outgoing mail in box??
