We wanted to maintain a high level of consistency across all of our locations. Due to their being so many different owners between the De Anda family, we wanted to make it easy for the customer to know what to expect every time they visit one of our locations. Our locations are still owned and operated by Rafael De Anda as they always have been. The only thing that changed is the name in order to avoid confusion.
