How do you get ANYone to answer the phone at the Lowe's in Millsboro? I am desparate to find out if my hot water heater has arrived today like I was told it would. This by the way has been going on for 2 WEEKS!

That's terrible I would call and let it ring on speaker for as long as it takes. Complain to Lowes corporate, maybe on the card there is an 800 number. Good luck
