Do people answer the phone or is it just a Tuesday thing?

My recent dealings with them - they confess to be very under staffed. You will probably have to go to the store. Employees are very nice.

I have called and gotten an answer, however, not recently. I go there frequently for my gardening supplies and the customer service department seems to always have a line. That being said, if it's an availability of an item question, you can check out the website to see if it's available. Hope I helped a little bit

I was told by a lady when standing in line -- that they don't answer the phone anytime!. She had to come to the store in person to get her questions answered.!
