I'm Upset due to the fact I have 45$ in gift certs that have an expiration date of 9/18...And just went all the way up on the hill after reading you're open until 9 to find you're closed for the season...how can you justify my loss of these certs?

Just save the gift certificate for next year. They might let you use them since they are a family run business. They may have sympathy for you.

It's the 29th though. Even if they were still open they would be expired.

It's not their fault you didn't use them in time. You could've checked online to see when they closed.
