Unfortunately no Bus passes this actually street but there is a Bus that goes pass Washington Bridge if that helps

Bus service is provided during daytime hours Friday, December 31st, 2021. Service ends with the last mall express leaving the station at 6 pm, Arnot Mall at 6:30 pm & last Southside Loop leaving Elmira at 7:00 pm. Sincerely, Lori Haner, Chemung County Mobility Manager

Use the C-Tran bus that goes to Owego. You have to request a drop off at CVS Warehouse, though.

No the buses aren't free anymore. And they won't let you get a free ride if you try and hop on without cash because you didn't know. I found that out the hard way today on my way to a Dr. Appt. I didn't know they started charging again. Haven't rode since surgery. Bus Lady on The Loop could care less.

Take the Bulkhead bus which runs on the half hour to the bus station, then get on Mall Express which runs on the hour to the Arnot Mall

C TRAN service is limited on Sundays, however it's recommended that customers utilize the Ride C Tran app to locate the best/nearest location to utilize the "flag stop" service. Schedules are provided & the app has the ability to set notifications. The Grand Central bus route run is Monday through Saturday.
