Someone who has a criminal past (not sex offense) who has done their time and paid their debt to society, and on no supervisions, etc. and who has changed their lives? Should they just not even waste their time or money applying?

That's a hard question to answer without a lot more information and a completed application. We do screen for criminal history, and some things weigh more heavily than others. Time frame & frequency matter also. Your best bet is to submit an application for us to run. Application fees are $20 each.
