High application fee. They take forever with the background check. You have to call them every day and consider your self lucky if someone answers the phone. For a yes community they sure like to say no. Nice trailer park but definitely not worth what they are asking. Oh who am I kidding.... I really wanted to live there😑

You can call th office, occasionally you can find them on Zillow or Other rental Sites but for open lots specifically i believe to call he office would be the best idea.

When we came to Missouri, we were living in our motorhome because the housing market was moving so quickly & we weren't able to get a home before school started, so we asked Independence Station about RV-living and were told that they weren't renting lots for RV dwelling. I asked the manager about the RV that we saw in the trailer park, where someone was obviously living in it & she said that they had special permission, but wouldn't be there for long. We ended up buying a used trailer from Independence Station & had been living in it since the end of August. Now we're planning to sell it because we were finally able to buy a house. The RV that was being lived in is still there, but I don't think anyone else will be allowed to live in theirs. I believe they do rent space for RV storage though.
I asked about RV lot space too because we were living in our motorhome when we moved here from out of state. They currently have 1 RV on a lot, but I was told that there was a temporary exception made for that RV & that they would be gone soon. We ended up buying a used trailer so that we could get our kids into the same schools that our property (where we're working on building a home) is.
Lot rent is approx 500-600 (is what I'm currently paying)
Elementary School is Spring Branch Elementary. I was told Bingham or Bridger depending on what side of the park you are on. We are on the north end so I was told Bingham. And the Highschool is William Chrisman.
