Management has no authority to approve anything. Current residents get ignored and in some cases threatened with physical violence and getting kicked out without any causes. Reaching out to the community manager will only bring more grief. And now we have the community manager asking people if they have cameras on their home. Why would someone tell you if they had cameras after you are threatened with physical violence?

No dog exceeding 50 pounds. Max of two pets. And also breed restrictions, no chews, Staffordshire terriers, pit bulls, american bulldog terrier, boxer, shepherd, presa canario, Akira, wolf hybrids, mastiff, cane corson, great Dane, Alaskan malamute, husky, or any mix of these breeds. Dogs can't be left unattended, must be on a leash when outside of the yard. Dogs can't be on basketball court or in the pool area and you are responsible for animals waste. Must be up to date on shots. No dog runs or kennels of any kind outside. No food or water outside the home for animals. And so on.
That's a hard question to answer without a lot more information and a completed application. We do screen for criminal history, and some things weigh more heavily than others. Time frame & frequency matter also. Your best bet is to submit an application for us to run. Application fees are $20 each.

I'm sorry, but we don't rent homes on a strictly rent basis. All our homes are offered on a lease/option basis with the intention that you will be staying in the community long-term, and will eventually purchase the home. As such, you are responsible for all home maintenance, just like a homeowner.

Depends on size of trailer and how many people are living there. Your best bet would be to go speak with the friendly office staff. When you pull into the park keep driving straight and you will find the office on the left side.
