I have a chemical burn on a leather backseat, leather in the area is gone where the chemical burned it. Looking to get it fixed, as it’s my wife’s car.. can this be done?

Don't know about the chemical burn but they are months backlogged , very slow and short of help at the moment. They have had my seats in for repair for 2 months and haven't gotten to them. I would look elsewhere.
