I was pleased with the quality of workmanship, where they fell drastically short was with the communication! I dropped my boat off to have the carburetors redone and was informed that I would receive a quote once they had a chance to look into the motor to see what all it needed. The next time that I heard from them the work was done, at no point did I receive a call to inform me how much the repairs were going to cost. Then when I went to pay for the services and pick up the boat, I handed him my card to pay and he informed me that there was a 3% charge for using a card and that he had meant to tell me that the day before. I like I said above, the workmanship from the mechanics was good but the communication from the office is horrible. My suggestion is if you use their service just take it upon yourself to stay in contact with them so that you don't get caught of guard!

Awesome work from start to finish. Diagnosed the issue and explained in detail the parts needed. Went the extra mile to find parts when told they were not available from manufacturer for 7 months. Even helped me diagnose my trailer lights which would not work when I picked up the boat. I’ll send my friends to KC Boat Doctor.
