Lots of dishes don't have mushrooms
They aren't in all the sauces but I would make it very clear to the rude waitresses that mushrooms will kill you
You can certainly ask to leave them out. Not sure if sauce had them in it or not. Great place for dinner. I always get the Poppaduke but with hats.
