I stayed here over the course of 3 years many years ago. The management was difficult so we stopped going there. I was thrilled to hear it was sold and excited to return BUT I cannot get a return email or phone call. I've left two voice messages and sent 2 emails and no response. I waited for weeks and then finally decided to book elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Great campsite right on the Moose River! Very quiet and peaceful. Melinda and Jay the new camp Hosts/Managers were very prompt, respectful and in tune with the needs of their visitors. They even stopped by a few times to make sure we were comfortable, relaxed and if there was anything else they could do to make our stay even better! They even delivered wood right to our fire! Awesome place that we would highly recommend to our friends and family. We would definitely be stopping back again if in the area. Matt and Brenda Gerber

We were year-round site holders. The campground was sold in December, 2021. We received a letter from the previous owner's attorney within a week of the sale stating the new owners would be in touch. It NEVER happened. We all did a little digging and through county records, found out that the corporation who purchased it was located in Florida. In March, we finally received a new contract by one of the 3 general managers giving us the new rules. On May 2nd, we were contacted by the current manager, Melinda, that the corporation is not renewing any year-round or seasonal leases and that we were expected to move our camper by the end of our lease - 13 DAYS LATER! We were at Singing Waters over a 5 month period of time since the sale, at least 10 times and not one single time did Melinda or Jay even bother to introduce themselves, ask if we needed any help, or apologize for any of this, although they drove past us every day, several times. Just read these reviews - it's the same story. 30+ seasonal/year round sites were evicted! No notice. Some of these folks have been at Singing Waters for over 20 years! A lot of these families have had no choice but to tear down hand-built structures that they have spent money and hard work building with NO assistance from the new owners or the new management team. This place will find out quickly that the way they are running things will not survive. What a shame this is. I wouldn't recommend Singing Waters to anyone!

I have worked in the hospitality/sales customer industry my entire adult career. I would never treat paying customer in the way my family was treated at this campground. It saddens me to know that we were not the only ones. Fellow campers heard the owners being disrespectful and came over to tell us they are really mean people. They said they only came back there because they needed somewhere last minute. We spent all of our time off the campground to avoid the owners. When we were there just to sleep they made a point to come in sit in front our campsite and glare. It was the most uncomfortable feeling. We would have left but we drove 2 hours to get there and the thought of having to pack up and find somewhere new to camp with children is too much. Hopefully they do end up selling so new owners can bring back the happiness to families while there camping there.
