It took 5 weeks for someone to come out and even see the property. He still has not turned in his report. I do not know how long but I am still not able to get answers from this company
Absolute worst possible insurance company to pay premiums to. Its not worth the monthly savings to deal with these crooks when you have a claim. To say this company is shady would be the best compliment I could come up with. Going on 14 months with a claim and we're still being dragged through the mud with no ending in site. Read the reviews, read the fine print, DO NOT hire them.
I am told Florida law says no longer than 90 days, people's says they try to complete your claim within 30 days of the adjuster coming to your home.

People, realize that NEVER in US history has there been as much damage as has occurred in the last few months. There are only so many qualified people available. Be patient, they will get to you.
My claim took 4mos to resolve.. repairs by First Responce were fantastic. Responce by Peoples Trust was slow, sometimes stalling repairs. Check for damages were "in the mail" for weeks !
