The employees here are lazy and uninformed. You will be told something different every time you call. They have no reading comprehension. They cannot follow a basic conversation. It’s like they won’t higher anyone over a certain IQ. You will regret getting insurance with them if you ever have to make a claim. Oh and they contractor they try to make you use, which they own, is a scam

My insurance was canceled without prior warnings. I receive no mail warning andw something so important it should be signature verified. They also have my phone number and email on record and did not bother to use either one of these. Nor did they show responsibility enough to send me a text warning.

Call and chat with an agent and in your own language. They are very friendly and understand your situation, I had my town house insured with Citizen, but their policy was very expensive ... I called People Trust and they solved me. Now my policy costs less and my monthly mortgage is also lower. I am happy with your service and I recommend it. Thank you People Trust.

It took 5 weeks for someone to come out and even see the property. He still has not turned in his report. I do not know how long but I am still not able to get answers from this company
That's because of fraud all over Florida. It's 2/3 of what all of us pay for insurance. Home and auto. And water mitigation companies that charge thousands of dollars for a small job that should cost less than$2,000. They give everyone kickbacks.
This company treated us terribly so not surprised by this. Looking for a new company asap!
