Hi Regina, we just visited the Crayola experience yesterday, and I would seriously suggest buying tickets in advance as it allows you to skip the line. For a Friday it was a bit of a line to get in if you didn't have tickets. That being said masks are strongly recommended however when we were there they were not enforcing the mask policy. I don't know if you're coming on a busier weekend day, they may but they were not yesterday on Friday.
Tickets are cheaper when buying in advance but you can also buy that day. And was there about for fathers day weekend. You have to wear mask regardless of full vaccination or not.
I went Feb 2020 and we got tickets in advance. I believe they were cheaper online AND as a bonus, we didn't have to wait on the LONG line to buy tickets :)
If you buy them online they are cheaper but you may buy them there. As far as covid you must wear a mask. That is the only restriction
I bought my tickets online so I didn't have to wait in line and yes you have to wear a mask. Hope this helps! 😊
